简介： 山西的农民老刘在集市上花了一百元买了一只羊他高兴地带回家,对妻子说:"看,我花了一百元买了一只羊"妻子惊呼:"你被骗了这只羊起码值五百元"老刘一愣,然后开心地说:"太好了那我不是赚了四百元" In his starring debut Roy gets elected to congress in order to bring water to the ranchers in his district. In Washington he learns he needs the backing of a key congressman and gets that man to go west for an inspection trip. When the Congressman is initally unimpressed, Roy gets the inspection party stranded without water to show the true conditions.
